Nick Folker (Folker Aquatic Strength & Speed Training — F.A.S.S.T: FASST swimming programs have been honed and polished from over a decade of coaching and many, many, many hours of chasing a tiled black line along the bottom of countless pools worldwide. The backbone of the FASST training system is the focus on individual progression and injury prevention. No two swimmers are the same, therefore, no two workouts or progressions should be the same. No matter the athlete or background, FASST has no place for excuses, only effort. What you put in is what you get out.
