Set of the Week is courtesy of FINIS, a SwimSwam partner.

This week’s set of the week comes from Kyle Coan, FINIS team sales representative.

Use as much FINIS pulling equipment as possible! The key here is to descend while removing pieces of equipment after each segment.

2×200 Pulling with snorkel, paddles, and pull buoy(Make second 200 faster)- rest 30 seconds
3×150 paddles and buoy(Descend 1-3)- rest 25 seconds
4×100 paddles(Descend 1-4)- rest 20 seconds
5×50 No Equipment(Descend 1-4 hold #5)- rest 10 seconds

Use FINIS Agility Paddles. Choose between Axis Buoy and Regular Pull Buoy. And of course, use the Original Swimmer’s Snorkel!
