FINIS Set of the Week: I’M Not Free

Set of the Week is courtesy of FINIS, a SwimSwam partner.

This week’s set comes from Randy Kasir, a former swimmer & current Business Development Representative for FINIS.

This week’s IM set is a staple for stroke work. For best results, mix in some swims off the blocks – this would be a great way to build in some speed during the middle of the set.

3 x 50 50 of each, Fly/Back/ Breast
4 x 75 25 of each Fly/Back/Breast
4 x 75 Free Active Recovery
5 x 100 IM
5 x 100 Free Active Recovery
6 x 125 Fly/Back/Breast/Free/Free FAST with a generous interval
