This week’s set comes from Elizabeth Pelton, masters swimmers and former swimmer from UC Berkeley.

Great set for a Saturday quality set. Also, really fun to do with a tech suit on at the beginning of a taper!

16 x 50s every 4th at 200 Pace @ :45
12 x 50s every 3rd at 200 Pace @ :50
8 x50s every other at 200 Pace @ :55
4 x 50s all at 200 Pace @ 1:00

Hello Elizabeth is this set cycle times for scy?
If scm or Lcm would you add 10secs to each cycle ?
