4 x 25 Underwater Dolphin Kick with Edge Fins @ :30
6 x 150: Free, DKOB*, Free, Backstroke, Free, DKOB* (by 25) with Edge Fins @ 10 sec rest
Take fins off, easy 100
5 x 100 Pull @1:30 with Axis Buoy and Agility Paddles
Easy 100 mermaid swim

*DKOB = Dolphin kick on back
