Another day, another Canadian national record for Finlay Knox of the Toronto Titans. During the second day of ISL match five, Knox put up 51.82 to place second in the 100 IM and break his own 2020 national record. Yesterday, Knox placed third in the 200 IM en route a new Canadian record of 1:52.55.
During this event in match five, Knox touched fifth at the 50-meter mark before gaining on the field to place second for Toronto behind Iron’s Marco Orsi (51.32). Knox closed in a 27.74, exactly 0.55s faster than his closing 50 during his 2020 national mark from 2020 ISL semifinal #2.
