Olympians Peter Vanderkaay and Chloe Sutton share ways to be a good teammate, and it all boils down to attitude.  You must stay positive and encouraging. Swimming’s a tough sport, a grind at times. Staying focused and keeping it fun helps. You can challenge teammates to race and encourage them to “bring it” on sets.  Sometimes keeping the atmosphere positive is as simple as voicing your thoughts, Let’s have a great practice today.   Impact your team in a positive way. Set the tone early, before practice, and make your investment in your training count each and every day.
