The no. 3/17 Florida Gators head to Auburn, Ala. from FridaySunday for the Auburn Invitational. This serves as the final meet for Florida before heading to the SEC Championships.

The field consists of four teams – Florida, Auburn, Alabama and Florida State. All four teams on the men’s side are ranked in the Top 25 CSCAA poll, with Florida sitting atop the others at third in the nation. Auburn and Alabama are tied for 16th, while Florida State sits at 21st.

On the women’s side, only Florida and Auburn find themselves in the poll. The Tigers currently sit at 15th in the nation, while the Gators follow closely behind in 17th.

The Gators have faced all three of these teams this season. The men are 3-0 against the competition, while the women hold a 2-1 record.

Florida swept Alabama back on Oct. 25, when the men won 158-140 and the women picked up the 166-134 victory.

The Gators notched another sweep against Florida State on Jan. 5, with both teams winning handily against the instate rival. The women won 184-116 and the men dominated FSU, 209-91.

UF split the latest dual meet against Auburn on Senior Day, with the men claiming a 183-114 victory over the Tigers. The women fell in a close battle, losing 160.5-139.5.

The meet will run in a preliminary/finals format, with A-B-C finals for each race. All of the events will have both prelims and finals with the exception of the 1650 free.
