Kennedy Goss, who recently set a Canada Games Record in the 100 Backstroke, has informed us of her verbal commitment to the Indiana Hoosiers. An international swimmer based in Toronto, Canada, Goss will add depth in the Backstroke and Freestyle events for the Hoosiers.
Since Goss is a international swimmer most of her times come in Meters, but they impressive. Her 100 and 200 Backstroke in SCM are 1:00.11/2:09.57, while her 100/200/400 Freestyles are 55.25/1:58.62/4:13.80.
“I chose Indiana because it had a very homey town vibe,” said Goss when asked why she chose Indiana. “I also liked the international component and the amount of Canadians it has on the team. I also felt that I connect very well with the team.”
She joins a strong Women’s Fall commitment class already coming into Indiana in the forms of: Ali Rockett, Delaney Barnard, and Marie Chamberlin.
