“Both teams showed incredible grit and fight this evening with their races. After a few weeks of hard training and a tough push-ups, pull ups and squat routine this morning, the team swam very smart and definitely their best performance of the year. This is really going to put us in a nice situation mentally for our conference meet in a few weeks.”
