After the first 50 meters Max Litchfield held the lead in the men’s 400 IM followed closely by Etay Gurevich throughout the entire race. Litchfield eventually touched in a time of 4:18.07 followed by Gurevich who recorded a 4:18.57.

In the women’s 100 freestyle came down to the narrowest of margins as Emily Jones hit the wall in a time of 58.37 followed by Rebecca Murray who touched in a time of 58.38.
