Join Coach Dennis, 50-Yard American Record-Holder Lara Jackson, 2013 Bronze Medalist at the World Championships Felipe Lima and 2012 Brazilian Olympian Marcelo Chierighini as they went to the Arena Pro Swim Series in Orlando, FL a couple of weeks ago.

Watch as these elite athletes train, prep and execute the Swim to Music program at a meet. This mini documentary style video gives us insight into how Swim To Music has helped these athletes, from training to meet warm up to even post race analysis. The documentary shows how using tempo and pacing has help the athletes take control of how they race in season.
