Houston Set For Final Home Meet of Season Against Rice On Saturday

HOUSTON – The University of Houston Swimming & Diving team will compete for the final time this season at the Campus Recreation & Wellness Center when it faces off with Rice on Saturday.

Meet action is set to begin at 10 a.m. and the meet will be split into LCM and SCY. Fans are encouraged to watch the meet via the Houston Swimming & Diving Facebook Page. Results can accessed via Meet Mobile or by clicking HERE.

The Cougars return to action as the only squad in The American to appear in the latest Collegiate Swimming & Diving Coaches Association Poll, receiving 13 votes. The last time the Cougars were in the pool, the squad defeated Rice in a 168.5 – 91.5 decision behind a trio of first-place finishes from Ioanna Sacha. She was rewarded for her efforts with The American Swimmer of the Week honors.
