Arthur Albiero is entering his 20th season at the University of Louisville. When he took over in 2003, the pool was tiny, so were the scholarships, and the program hadn’t achieved much. A lot has changed in two decades.

Coach Albiero is the real thing: A true class act and a gracious human-being. I’ve had the privilege to get to know him when U of L comes down to my pool in Florida for their Holiday training trips. He’s done an amazing job building the program at Louisville.
His 2013 ASCA talk had a big impact on me as a young coach. Great to see such a genuine human flourishing in the sport.
