Ever wondered “why is it so hard to find old meet results?” Us too. Broken links from redesigned collegiate websites and the use of live results pages have made records of major championships disappear at an alarmingly-fast rate.
So, for our readers (and our own sake here at SwimSwam), we decided to take on the task of gathering old meet results, digging deep across college websites, and reaching out to Conference Information Directors to get started. In the spirit of the upcoming championship season, we’re beginning first with NCAA conference and DI Championship results. Ever wonder who won the men’s 100 back at the 2003 Big Ten Championships (Todd Smolinski, as it turns out)? Now you can find out in two clicks from anywhere on SwimSwam.com
Have any other old results you want to see? See anything missing? Have a trove of old meet results to share? Comment below, or feel free to drop us an email on our contact page.
The SwimSwam Results Archive is now available directly from the navigation bar at the top of your page. Go to the “SwimSwam Results Archive” link under “MORE” to find past meet results.
