As a follow-up to his last video, entitle “Improve Your Process,” Rose Bowl Aquatics head coach Jeff Julian has released a new video entitled “Reviewing Your Proces – The Next Step.”
In the first video, Julian talked about how to work your process, and you’ve had your major competition, but what comes next? Coach Jeff has a swimmer in just this point of his training – Ronald Dalmacio, who in February worked his process all the way to a National Age Group Record.
