Competitive Coach Positions for the 2024-2025 Season: Washington D.C. Metro

Nation’s Capital Swimming, Inc is looking to hire part-time and full-time coaches in the Washington D.C. Metro Area at multiple locations across Maryland, D.C. and Virginia. These positions would report directly to the head site coach and work closely with him/her on the preparation of our swimmers. We have opportunities with 7–9-year-old, 9–12-year-old and 13 & over age groups.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience coaching age group swimmers in a year-round and fast-

  paced environment.

• Foundations of Coaching, Background check, and Safety training for Swim Coaches

  certifications through USA Swimming. NCAP will work with the right candidate to have all

  certifications completed.

• Hours range for the part-time and full-time positions, but will include on deck, meet and

  admin hours depending on the availability of the candidate. Computer skills with Team Unify and Hy Tek software is encouraged.
