We are seeking a Head Age Group Coach to manage multiple competitive team groups. The on deck coaching would include between 20-30 hours a week, as well as 1-2 weekend meets per month. This also requires you to beresponsible for season, weekly, daily planning, as well as maintaining the Team Unify program.
Desired Qualifications for Head Age Group Coach:
◦ 5-10 years of Coaching and managerial experience with a proven record of success at all levels.
◦ Candidate must have current USA Swimming Coach Certifications
◦ Strong administrative, communication and organizational skills with swimmers and parents.
◦ Desire & passion for developing swimmers of all ages
◦ Expertise with technique development and training
◦ Enthusiastic and highly motivated team player
