The Fry’s Spring Beach Club (FSBC) is an outdoor, 50-meter summer pool that has a great group of Masters swimmers that enjoy meeting early in the morning for workouts before work. We are looking for a head coach to oversee our Master’s group practice three to four days a week from 6:00-7:30am and the ability to put together creative workouts ranging from 2500-4000 meter per practice. The group is currently comprised of 10-20 swimmers of all ages and skill levels. The position requires some background in competitive swimming – including knowing the basics of designing and implementing workouts, on-deck assistance with stroke technique, and working with swimmers preparing for USMS swim meets, open water swims, and virtual swims. Opportunities are available to host some stroke clinics throughout the summer.
