Kata Kylliainen Named ODAC Women’s Swimmer of the Week

FOREST, Va. – Randolph-Macon freshman Kata Kyllinainen (Towson, Md./Loch Raven) has been selected as ODAC Player of the Week for women’s swimming for her performance in this past Saturday’s dual meet at Mary Washington.

In the 17th event of the meet, Kyllinainen won the 500 Free in 5:18.44.

Kylliainen also finished second in the 200 Free (2:01.42) and was a member of the 200 Free Relay team (1:46.50).

Randolph-Macon will return to action on Friday, Nov. 6, in a 4:30 p.m. meet at St. Mary’s.
