CLEVELAND, Ohio – Kenyon Lords swimmer Weston Carpenter earned his first-ever North Coast Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week honor on Monday after helping lead the team to a dual-meet win at Ohio Wesleyan University last week.

The senior from Lafayette, California was a part of two victories as the Lords defeated the Battling Bishops, 185-27.

His efforts started in the 50-yard freestyle as he touched the wall first in 21.31. Carpenter followed that up with a victory in the 100 in 47.26.

Along with Luis Weekes and David Fitch, Carpenter is now the third Lords swimmer to be honored this season, the most among NCAC schools.
