Kettlebell Streamline Snatch

I’ve included this Kettlebell Streamline Snatch in a couple previous videos. This group has done the exercise a lot this fall and every time Larry Arnold explains it I’m more convinced that this is why our walls are sharper than ever. In this video clip he compares the movement to the Keg toss that we see in strongman competitions. He comes at the exercise from a slightly different perspective but he still brings it back around to how this strength can be used in the water. I’ve seen much better line awareness off the walls this season from these athletes. Coincidence?
