Lydia Jacoby on 50 Breast: “I don’t entirely know how to swim a 50”

2023 PRO SWIM SERIES – WESTMONT

At the Pro Swim Series in Westmont, Olympic champion Lydia Jacoby walked away with town wins in the 50 and 100 breast over a stacked field. This is her first season training long course meters on a regular basis and it seems to already be paying off. Even though she “doesn’t entirely know how to swim a 50” yet and is working on confidence in the 200, the NCAA champ seems to be making great strides in her range of events.
