MAAC Announces 2020 Men’s All-Academic Team

BUFFALO, NY – A total of 84 student-athletes were named to the 2020 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Men’s Swimming All-Academic team. To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.

Fairfield University placed a league-best 15 student-athletes on the All-Academic Team, while Bryant University tallied 11. Manhattan College and Rider University each had 10 student-athletes honored. Canisius College followed with 9 student-athletes, while Iona College recorded 8.

Marist College and Saint Peter’s University had seven student-athletes make the list. Monmouth University placed five and rounding out the team was Niagara University with two student-athletes on the list.
