Madi Wilson Craving Her Chance To Race In Brisbane

2017 AUSTRALIAN SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIPS

22-year-old Madi Wilson can’t contain her excitement for the 2017 Australian Swimming Championships in Brisbane. The backstroking star who scored a gold and silver in Rio as part of her nation’s respective 4×100 freestyle and 4×100 medley relays, is gearing up to pursue a possible national title this week, tackling the 100m freestyle, 200m freestyle and 100m backstroke.

As far as her preparation and what to expect in the pool, Wilson says ‘we’ll just have to see what happens’, but comments that she ‘has learned much from her experience in Rio.’
