Australian Madi Wilson had great success last summer at the World Championships in Kazan winning the silver medal in the women’s 100 backstroke in a time of 58.75. Despite this tremendous result in the 100 meter distance the 21 year-old explains that her training is still centred around the 200 backstroke.
