Malaysia Selects 12 Swimmers for 2014 Commonwealth Games

The Amateur Swimming Union of Malaysia (ASUM) has selected 12 swimmers for the 2014 Commonwealth Games, according to local news site The Star.

The team will be lead by breaststroker Christina Loh, who swept the 100 and 200 meter breaststrokes at the 2013 Southeast Asian Games as part of a 4 gold, 11 medal performance at last year’s Southeast Asian Games.

As she exits, Chui Lai Kwan returns after a three year absence from the National Team. The 24-year old is the National Record holder in both the 50 free (26.02) and 100 free (57.59) in long course meters.
