Malibu C and U.S. Masters Swimming Partner to Support and Encourage Swimmers

Malibu C, a Salon/Spa hair, scalp and skin wellness beauty collection, is partnering with U.S. Masters Swimming, the national governing body for adult swimming. The multi-year agreement provides Malibu C marketing, licensing, and promotional rights in the personal care products category.

“U.S. Masters Swimming is the right cultural and demographic fit for us,” says Tom Porter, Malibu C’s founder and president. “Malibu C has been dedicated to swimmers for almost three decades. As a pioneer of products for water-related issues of the hair, scalp and skin, Malibu C is the leader in research on how elements in water, including chlorine, calcium, copper, and other minerals, affect the external body.”

USMS and Malibu C both share a dedication to swimmers’ overall wellness and the desire to provide opportunities for adults to become water-safe. “Malibu C’s gentle, eco-conscious line of personal care products meets the needs of our diverse membership base of both competitive and fitness swimmers, whether they swim daily or once a week,” says Rob Butcher, Masters Swimming’s executive director.” Just as beneficial is Malibu C’s support in promoting our Swimming Saves Lives Foundation, which provides grants to programs that are offering adult learn-to-swim lessons, to its network of salons and retail partners.”
