Mark Gangloff Talks His Swimming, Coaching Careers On Ritter Podcast

Chris Ritter is a former college swimmer at Cal State-Bakersfield and is the founder of RITTER Sports Performance. He has trained two Olympic gold medalists along with numerous other national and international level swimmers. He has used his educational background (a degree in exercise science) and swimming experience to develop his unique training system, featured in his book on strength training for swimmers, Surge Strength. Follow him on Twitter at @RITTERSP. In this episode of the Ritter Sports Performance podcast, Chris talks with two-time American Olympic breaststroker and current University of Missouri assistant coach Mark Gangloff. Their discussion ranges from Gangloff’s career as a member of the highly-successful Auburn team in the early 2000s under David Marsh, through the beginning of his international career and his first world record, all the way through his experience training for and competing in the Olympic games.

Gangloff also discusses his current post coaching at growing NCAA power Mizzou and his work with athletes such as Michael Chadwick
