María Fernanada Richaud, a member of several Mexican international teams, has retired. Richaud is a current Mexican national record holder in the Long Course 4X100 free relay, which went a time of 3:47.65 at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto, Canada. She led that relay off with a 57.48.
Richaud has been a member of multiple Mexican international teams starting in 2011 and going through 2015, including World Junior Championships teams and Pan American teams. She is currently 22 years old.
Richaud’s last major meet with international competition was the 2017 Arena Pro Series in Santa Clara in early June. She competed in the 100 free (58.34), and 200 free (2:06.14). Richaud was training with coach Luis Guajardo at Deportivo San Agustín.
