Michigan Builds on Lead at day two of the Men’s Big Ten Championships

Day 2 five big things

The Wolverines are still out front after day two of the men’s Big Ten Championship meet. The Wolverines added 201 points to their 80 from night one to bring their total to 281 through the first two days of the meet.

Michigan won three of the five events on the evening, and had a total of 9 swimmers in the A finals and three in the B. Included in that win total is another relay victory, good for another 40 points.

Through the first two days:

  1. Michigan: 281
  2. Ohio State: 211
  3. Indiana: 199
  4. Purdue: 1:36.5
  5. Wisconsin: 134
  6. Minnesota: 132
  7. Northwestern: 98
  8. Penn State: 89
  9. Iowa: 83.5
  10. Michigan State: 46
