  • Recorded four first-place finishes in Penn State’s dual meet against Towson, including the 50 yard freestyle (20.49), 100-yard freestyle (44.52), 200 yard medley (1:31.93) and the 200 freestyle relay (1:27.04)
  • Registered individual event times in the 50 yard freestyle (20.49) and 100 yard freestyle (44.52) that rank fourth nationally
  • Earns his third career Swimmer of the Week honor

Diver of the Week
Hector Garcia Boissier, Penn State

So. – Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain – IES Politecnico Las Palmas

  • Tallied a pair of first-place finishes in Penn State’s dual meet against Towson
  • Won the one-meter (329.17) and three-meter (337.50) diving events
  • Earns his first Diver of the Week award
  • Last Penn State Diver of the Week: Alex Marchinski (Jan. 4, 2011)

Freshman of the Week

Jacob Montague, Michigan

Grosse Pointe Farms, Mich. – Grosse Pointe South

  • Registered five top-three finishes in Michigan’s tripleheader against Louisville, including first-place finishes in the 50-yard breaststroke (25.36) and 100-yard breaststroke (54.68)
  • Finished second in the 100-yard individual medley (50.50) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:00.62), and third in the 200-yard individual medley (1:50.73)
  • Earns his first career Freshman of the Week honor
  • Last Michigan Freshman of the Week: Mokhtar Al-Yamani (Feb. 18, 2016)
