She will be much faster in both free and back in London.

Last year, she had plenty of time (a month I think) to acclimatise at sea level. Here in Omaha she came down straight from Colorado.
She is absolutely not fully tapered for these trials. The show will be in London for her. But she must forget freestyle events to focus on backstroke at the olympic games.
She will go under 54 probably . This is a 5 women’s battle here ! let’s see the times …
I have been a bit underwhelmed by missy 100 and 200 freestyles. I thought she would be way faster based on her Shanghai WCs relay splits. I am curious to see how well she will do in the 100 free final.
