NCAA Releases Time Standards For 2016 Division III Championships

The NCAA Division III qualifying times for the 2015-2016 season were released today, showing large changes overall.

The championships which will take place in Greensboro, North Carolina March 16-19  should host a similar number of swimmers as there were at the 2015 NCAA DIII Championships. The 2015 invited times look to be between that of the 2016 ‘A’ and ‘B’ cuts in most events.

The majority of the standards are faster than the previous standards that were in place last season.

This shows a huge trend in the fact that DIII standards are changing dramatically every single season. From 2014 to 2015, over half the standards were changed as is the case this from 2015 to 2016.
