No. 19 Indiana Women’s Water Polo Set For Two Saturday Matches With No. 2 USC, Whitter

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – No. 19 Indiana (13-10, 0-2 MPSF) travels back to California for a two-game Saturday lineup when it faces No. 2 USC and Division III No. 7 Whittier on the road.

NOTES

  • Indiana will look to snap a three-game skid this weekend first up at USC on Saturday at 3 p.m. ET. They will then travel to down to Whitter College, who is ranked No. 8 in the DIII Top 10 at 8 p.m. ET.
  • Senior Zoe Crouch leads IU’s scorers with 28 goals on the season. She also has 14 assists, 11 steals and six blocks. Sophomore Sophia Sollie follows closely with 27 goals.  Freshman Grace Klingler has had a strong rookie campaign, also throwing in 20 goals.
  • Graduate student goalie Mary Askew has recorded 194 saves along with a team-high 25 steals. She is second in the league in saves and third in saves per game.
  • Junior Sophie Wazzan and Sollie are the team leader in assists with 21.
  • Sophomore Skylar Kidd leads IU in sprint win with 39, which leads the MPSF.
