Northeastern’s Alyssa Seales Named CAA Diver Of The Week

Alyssa Seales picked up her second Colonial Athletic Association weekly honor of the season, the league office announced Wednesday. Seales earned CAA Diver of the Week accolades.

The senior claimed the individual honor following the Huskies’ win over Central Connecticut State in their final home meet of the season.  This is Seales’ third-career weekly award.

Seales’ Performance:

  • Swept the diving events in her final meet at Barletta Natatorium
  • Took first in both the one meter and three meter for the second meet in a row
  • Posted a season-best 279.45 in the one meter

Up Next for Northeastern:
The Huskies’ divers will be back in action at the Duke Dog Diving Invitational on February 3, and the whole team will compete next at the Boston Open on February 9.
