Some of these pics should be labeled “before and after PEDs”

The UK definitely seems to be leading the charge with high-quality, mass-building supplements and weight training routines that far exceed anyone else in the world. The “after”pics should be on the cover of Muscle Fiitness. Perhaps we could all learn from them!

What I learned from this is that in 2014 Jack Conger looked about 16, and now in 2018 he looks 40.

Lol he looks like Phelps! Does anyone know if he rocks that on the reg? I always thought he just shaved for major competitions

Unfortunately a lot of the “after” shots suffer from a poor angle or lack of clarity. Wondering if they were chosen to paint a picture, or if they were the best shots available. The point was clearly made for several of the athletes.

Would be interesting to do a retrospective showing both male and female world record holders, first, upon breaking the WR, and another from 2 years prior.

2012 Conger kinda looks like John Shebat…

C’mon, LeClos. Goggles around the neck like a mini-meet swimmer, and no change in all these years.

I’ll pre-empt the responses: he has an Olympic gold medal, that took beating MP to win. So, maybe he can do what he wants.
