OSSC’s Winston Kuriger and Colin Reardon Make College Choices

Ohio State Swim Club seniors Winston Kuriger and Colin Reardon have recently committed to swim for Ohio State and Kenyon, respectively.

Kuriger-Ohio StateWinston Kuriger recently committed to swim at The Ohio State University. Kuriger represented Olentangy High School at the Ohio High School State Championships. He finished ninth (45.82) in the 100 free and tenth (51.01) in the 100 back.

“I chose Ohio State because it was the best fit for me both academically and athletically. I am excited to continue my career for the next four years at The Ohio State University!”

Kuriger’s top times include:

500y free – 4:44.80
100y back – 51.01

100y fly – 51.52
200y fly – 1:56.27

Colin Reardon

Reardon-KenyonColin Reardon will follow in his brother’s (Ian Reardon) footsteps and compete for the Kenyon College Lords next year.

“I chose Kenyon because of the amazing academics, friendly teachers and students, and the accomplished swimming program led by coaches that really want what’s best for their swimmers. Kenyon is truly my dream school and I am really looking forward to the next 4 years of hard work both in the pool and in the classroom. Go Lords and Ladies!”

Reardon, a senior at Upper Arlington High School, is a Winter Junior Nationals qualifier in the 200 IM and 400 IM. His top times include:
