A Phoenix swim coach has been arrested after allegedly sending explicit images and videos to a 15-year-old girl he’d coached.
Isaak Corrales, 23, was arrested and hit with three felony charges of luring a minor for sexual exploitation, according to AZFamily.com. The mother of the 15-year-old girl contacted police last month after finding inappropriate messages from Corrales on her daughter’s phone, per KTAR News.
The girl told police she met Corrales when he coached her swim team for a summer event. Police say text messages between the two “indicated a possible romantic relationship.” The girl called the relationship “platonic,” but said the two flirted and discussed being together when she turned 18. AZFamily.com reports that Corrales sent the girl naked pictures and sexual videos, and that she also sent partially nude photos of herself to him. KTAR.com reports that Corrales allegedly told the girl he wanted to have children with her when she turned 18.
KTAR also reports that Corrales admitted to sending the girl explicit photos and videos, and to asking her for sex, starting in October of 2018. The girl was 14 at the time.
He’s being held on $10,000 bail. His next court appearance is next week, on August 13.
Thank goodness Safe Sport is taking money and working!
WTF? Don’t coaches get it yet?!

I BCC them on email threads and I don’t give swimmers my phone number.
Obviously, if I worked with adult athletes it would be a different situation, but when you are working with children you need to be cleaner than clean.
And obviously don’t be so disgusting as well, but that is a given. I don’t know how these people think they will get away with it in this day and age. Not only is it just horrible… Read more »
