GREENVILLE, Pa. — The Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) announced its men’s and women’s swimming and diving schedules for the 2021 regular season Tuesday afternoon.

The first dual meets of the season are scheduled for Friday, January 29 and will run through Tuesday, February 23.

The W&J women will open at home against Franciscan on Tuesday, Feb. 2. The Presidents will travel to Bethany on Friday, Feb. 5 before hosting Grove City on Friday, Feb. 12. The W&J women will close out the regular season at Saint Vincent on Friday, Feb. 19.

Meanwhile, the W&J men’s team opens at Bethany on Tuesday, Feb. 9. The Presidents will host Grove City on Tuesday, Feb. 16 before traveling to Saint Vincent on Tuesday, Feb. 23 to close the regular season slate. All contests are subject to change.

The PAC Championships are scheduled for Monday-Friday, March 1-5 at Grove City College. The conference championships will be held at the James E. Longnecker Competition Pool, home of the league’s swimming and diving championships since 1990.

This year the PAC Championships will be conducted using the NCAA’s four-day, common-site program. Women’s swimming events will take place on Monday and Thursday, with men’s swimming events taking place on Tuesday and Friday. Days one and two of the four-day program will be conducted in the morning and evening sessions, respectively, on the first day of competition. Days three and four of the four-day program will be conducted in the morning and evening sessions, respectively, on the second day of competition.

Men’s and women’s one-meter and three-meter diving will be conducted on Wednesday.

Along with the leadership of its member institutions, the PAC continues to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) landscape. Due to the extraordinary disruptions related to COVID-19, the PAC and the PAC Presidents’ Council understand that plans for returning to competition and current schedules are subject to change at any time based on available public health best practices and approaches or local, state and federal guidelines, recommendations or mandates.

PAC institutions will have adjusted attendance policies in place for home events during the 2021 season in an effort of promoting and prioritizing the health and safety of student-athletes, gameday staff and designated personnel in light of COVID-19. There will be no outside fans or visiting team’s fans permitted. Institutional attendance policies will continue to be reviewed throughout the season.
