McHugh, Amaltdinov Named Big Ten Men’s Co-Swimmers of the Week

Ohio State’s Matt McHugh and Purdue’s Marat Amaltdinov were named Big Ten Co-Swimmers of the Week. Amaltdinov swept the breaststroke events at the Purdue Invite, clocking a 53.87 in the 100 and a 1:54.61 in the 200.

Houston’s Griljalva, SMU’s Krzyzaniak Named AAC Swimmers of the Week

Krzyzaniak posted NCAA B standards in the 100-yard and 200-yard backstroke events at the Art Adamson Invitational. In the 100 backstroke, the sophomore placed fourth with a time of 48.24 in the Championship Final.
