NCAA Champion Relay Elected to Northwestern Athletics Hall of Fame

Mike Alexandrov, Kyle Bubolz and Bruno Barbic, who together with Matt Grevers comprised the 2007 NCAA Champion and NCAA record-breaking 400 medley relay, have been elected to the Northwestern Athletics Hall of Fame as members of the Class of 2014.

All of the proceeds from the race are donated to The Nature Conservancy to protect the coral reefs surrounding the island which provide the backdrop for the race.

NJIT Swimming and Diving Defeat Bryant

“The team pulled out a hard fought victory against a strong Bryant squad.”, head coach Michael Lawson commented after the meet. “The team really showed how much heart they have and what great things we can expect later this season.”

Emory & Henry College Swimming remained perfect on the year as it swept a double-dual with King (Tenn.) University and Ferrum College. The Wasps defeated the NCAA Division II Tornado by a 146-51 score and earned a 165-35 win over Ferrum.
