Katie Ledecky took down the World Record in the women’s 400m freestyle on Sunday night in Rio de Janeiro as she brought home the first gold medal in swimming for the United States at the 2016 Olympic Games. (You can read more about the race here.) Joining her on the podium were silver medalist Jazz Carlin of Great Britain (4:01.23) and bronze medalist Leah Smith of the United States (4:01.92).
Because of media rights, broadcasters have not made the video available to share, but they have posted it on their own sites.
