Rochester Adams Girls Swim and Dive Team’s path to League Champions – VIDEO FEATURE

Swimming Video is courtesy of Jamie Miller.

VIA JAMIE: This is a video made by one of my team mates. It is the Rochester Adams Girls Swim and Dive Team documenting our path to league champions! I thought I’d share it because it really shows what swimming is about and how much fun meets can be.

Jamie, SwimSwam couldn’t agree more. Thank you for sharing!

Congrats girls!! So proud of you and so happy to see the joy I remember in all my years of swimming what I am most happy to see is fans in the stands-something we lacked and something I hadn’t experienced until AHS. Keep rockin! Class of 1985 butterfly specialist records still holding in state of Illinois since 1979 and 1980

This is an awesome video, and so great to see so many familiar faces! Congrats to Tim Hickey and the Rochester Adams Women’s Team.

Great video. You are right that this is what swimming is all about. I am now a swim coach in Louisville, KY and a former Rochester Adams and Vanderbilt University swimmer. I now have three kids in high school and beyond that I coached. I started coaching since they didn’t seem to be having the same fun as I did in high school swimming at Adams. Great job Girls!
