Rutgers Swimming and Diving signs Four to NLI’s

PISCATAWAY, N.J. (Nov. 23, 2015) – The Rutgers swimming and diving team has signed four athletes to National Letters of Intent, head coach Petra Martin announced Monday. Alexandria Fabugais (Oakville, Ontario, Canada), Clare Lawlor (Orland Park, Ill.), Meghan Moses (Fremont, Ohio) and Nadia Nabhan (Sterling, Va.) will all compete for the Scarlet Knights beginning in the 2016-17 season.

“We’re very excited as a program to kick off our recruiting efforts this year with such a great class,” Martin said. “The women we are signing this fall are first and foremost the right people for our program. They are committed to excellence academically and in the pool. They all have a very competitive drive, a no-nonsense attitude and are not afraid to explore new ways of bettering themselves.

“They want to contribute to the team, get the best education in the country, and tap into the limitless resources our athletic support system and the greater New York City area have to offer.”
