Atlanta, Ga. – South Carolina swimming & diving will wrap up the dual season on the road with a trip to Atlanta, Ga., to take on Georgia Tech. The meet will begin at 3:00 p.m. at the McAuley Aquatic Center and will be South Carolina’s final dual before post-season invites begin.

The Gamecock women are 4-3-1 on the season with wins over UNCW, Virginia Tech, Queens, and UNCA as well as a tie with then-No. 16 North Carolina. They are ranked No. 21 in the latest CSCAA Division I Dual Meet Poll.

The Gamecock men have just registered their first dual win of the season with a dominating performance over Duke on Saturday and will face the No. 23 ranked Yellow Jacket men.

In the all-time series, South Carolina’s men lead Georgia Tech 9-5 while the women are undefeated against the Yellow Jackets 6-0. The two teams last faced in 2020 in Columbia where the Gamecock men narrowly fell and the Gamecock women won 197-103.

For the men, junior Michael Laitarovsky aims to remain undefeated through the end of the season, having won the 100 back in every meet that he has competed in this season.

For the women, the team looks to improve upon the results of their previous dual meet in which three Gamecocks recorded their first career wins.

The meet will be available for fans to stream on ACC Network Extra and live results will be available in the subscription-based MeetMobile app.
