Speedo, the world’s leading swimwear brand, has launched an IOS and Android app for its Speedo On platform, meaning more swimmers can access their personalised swim training and recommendations from their wearable devices.
The launch of the new Speedo On apps makes it quick and easy for users to log their swims and view their swim data instantly. IOS users can seamlessly integrate their Apple Watch 2, while Android users can sync with their Samsung Gear Fit Pro 2 and Samsung Gear Sport for immediate swim tracking and analysis in the pool.
The unique Speedo On platform, which launched via web application in June 2017, enables swimmers to upgrade their swims with tracking, in depth analysis, expert tips, training plans, drill videos, challenges and more. By arming swimmers with motivational content and bespoke goals,
Speedo hopes to inspire more people to better their swims.
Speedo On provides users with a social network for like-minded swimmers that will help encourage them to swim more to achieve their fitness goals. Creating a connected global community of swimmers around the world, users can follow swim buddies, earn badges, share their progress and celebrate achievements. The pool leader board tracks thousands of pools around the world and shows users where they rank at their local pool, making it great for friendly competitions and getting to know your fellow swimmers.
