Kamloops Classic Swimming seeks assistant swimming coach.
Kamloops Classic Swimming has approximately 110 competitive swimmers, 350 pre-competitive swimmers, a master swim program and a (CIS) Varsity Swim Program with neighbouring Thompson Rivers University. Our competitive program consistently develops swimmers that reach the provincial, national and international championship levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ASSISTANT HEAD COACH INCLUDE
*Assisting the Head Coach in day-to-day operations and practices
*Attending all pertinent competitions the Club participates in
*Assumes primary responsibility for training approx. 40 swimmers from 3 groups
*Coaching the Club’s Masters Swim Program
* Organizing and running the Club’s Summer Swim Camps
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR APPLICANTS INCLUDE
* Fully qualified NCCP Level 2 Certification
*Two years or more coaching experience
* Functional knowledge of TeamUnify (TU) and other computer software utilized in the everyday operation of the swim club.
* A successful Criminal Records check will be required.
*NLS certification or equivalency will be required.
