Swim to Music with Marcelo Chierighini

You’ve been there before, time and time again. A swim meet is a long and grueling process that can last days. While it is rewarding, the preparation can be laborious and often time monotonous. Wake up, eat, stretch, warm up, change suits, maybe rewarm up, race, warm down, rest and repeat. This process can happen two or three times a day!

It takes a great coach and team to muster up the strength and focus to execute a successful swim meet but there are times you are all alone. It is up to the individual to perform many routines through their own determination. Swim to Music will offer a program with the advantage to help a swimmer do just that. From stroke work for everyday practice to pacing for races, Swim to Music is the motivational platform that keeps you going.
