Victoria, BC is home to some amazing distance swimmers. The University of Victoria Vikes went 1-2-3 in the 1500m freestyle at the 2013 CIS Swimming Championships, led by Eric Hedlin. I was going to interview him. Instead I interviewed his friends: Canadian Olympian Alec Page, distance swimmer Craig Dagnall and open water swimmer Aimeson King. It was funnier.
